Finding our Footing after Freefall, a Discussion: Tools for Moving in the Direction of your Heart’s Desire in Complicated Times
Di Goodman, of Ruah Studio and Hartman Attorneys at Law, is a Master Yoga Teacher, a Meditation Guide, and a practicing family law attorney. This gathering lead by Di, is to excavate, through foundational scripture and philosophy, a workaround to make our way out of a difficult year into the sunshine of our best potential lives. There is some simple tried and true guidance, that if applied with intention to our next steps, will have us rejoining the lives we may feel we have lost, or redirecting us to the life we always sought and were worried had alluded us.
This is a discussion that will end in a guided meditation. You only need to be human to attend. This is a trying time, and we want to emphasize that you are not alone. This is the first in a little series of discussions intended to remind us all of the thoughtful community of people that we circulate amongst and sometimes fail to see.
We will sit outside on the turf, so please dress according to the weather. Seating will be available, but if you prefer to sit on a mat or a cushion, please feel free to bring that.
