Welcome to Wellness on the Green with Toastique Annapolis! Join us for a day of relaxation, rejuvenation, and delicious treats at Annapolis Town Center, Boathouse. Get ready to indulge in a variety of wellness activities for kids and adults, including yoga classes, meditation sessions, and wellness workshops. April through October, we are collaborating with small businesses in the Annapolis area to bring you kid oriented events every 3rd Thursday and adult activities every 3rd Sunday of the month. Whether you’re looking to unwind, learn something new, or simply enjoy a beautiful day outdoors, this event is the perfect opportunity to focus on your well-being. Our first partnership is with FIT4MOM Chesapeake. Join us on April 17th at 9:30 am.for a free Stroller Strides workout followed by a playgroup for your little ones at 10:30 a.m. Stroller Strides is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging your little ones in the stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood. This event series is FREE and open to the public, please sign up for tickets to save your spot.
