Inversions Workshop with Justin Temple
Inversions build upper body strength, connect us to our core, and help to balance the nervous system. They also help us to practice with a sustained new perspective with confidence. Together we will build the foundations that contribute to a strong and sustainable inversion practice. Starting with learning how to integrate the most supportive muscle groups, we’ll work towards building up to headstand and forearm stand.
