SweetNur House Show

Join Sweetnur October 7th from 6pm-9pm for live music at the East Village!

Chris “Sweetnur” Nurthen is a singer/songwriter based out of Memphis, TN and 2015 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. After serving his commitment in the Navy, Nurthen chose to rejoin civilian life in 2020 and moved with his family to Memphis to pursue his music career. Since then, Nurthen’s prolific songwriting and entertaining House Shows have garnered him a growing fanbase and wider critical acclaim.

The concept of his unique “HouseShow” concert experience originated when the Sweetnurs first arrived in Memphis and needed a way to promote his music. Chris and his wife, Keri, had converted a horse trailer into a food trailer and created what they call the “iron pie”–with an elaborate menu of sweet and savory concoctions, they press sandwiches between pie irons over a fire for a fresh, hot “flavor blast”.

This year they are ready to take their show on the road. Join Chris, Keri, and the band for a unique concert experience appetizing to all your senses! PLUS Beer and liquor will be available for purchase by Vintage Views Mobile Bar.

Tickets are limited and required. Rain date will be Sunday, October 8th 12pm-3pm.
