Annapolis Town Center is excited to announce their newest tenant: Tatte Bakery & Café, a popular restaurant in the DC metro area, will be opening in 2024. 

The new bakery and café will introduce Tatte’s renowned blend of artisanal pastries, savory dishes, and exceptional coffee to the Annapolis community. Tatte is an inviting oasis for patrons seeking high-quality, handmade pastries, breads, and a diverse scratch-driven menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Tatte’s Annapolis menu will include fresh salads, hearty sandwiches, savory shakshuka, and seasonal offerings, alongside a curated selection of craft coffee, tea, and sodas. 

Tatte will be filling the space last occupied by Brio Tuscan Grille in 2020. This addition is the latest in a series of new tenants for Annapolis Town Center in 2024 that has included Sephora, Toastique, Shade Store and more.

Annapolis Town Center, the premier shopping and entertainment destination in Annapolis, announces the addition of four more retailers to its lineup of upscale shops and boutiques, further expanding its offerings following the announcement of Sephora earlier this year.  

The new signings show Annapolis Town Center’s commitment to growth and development, solidifying its position as a vibrant hub in Annapolis. The four retailers include SkinSpirit, Rowan, Nava Health, and Toastique. 

Skin Spirit Medical Spa offers innovative, customized treatments to enhance natural beauty. With innovative equipment and technology, they provide award-winning facials, injectables, lasers, and more. 

Rowan specializes in piercing services exclusively performed by licensed nurses. They also offer a line of hypoallergenic earrings made of high-quality metal – meaning no copper, nickel, or brass. Make an appointment or stop by the studio which officially opens Saturday, April 13th. 

Nava Health offers a root-cause approach to health optimization, using personalized, data-driven strategies. Their team of physicians and experts provides cutting-edge services including acupuncture, hormone replacement, certified nutrition expertise, massage, sexual vitality, advanced diagnostics, premium aesthetics and more.  

Finally, Toastique is a boutique gourmet toast and juice bar that delivers fresh and flavorful food made with local ingredients, enhancing the appeal of the Annapolis Town Center’s dining options. The restaurant’s grand opening will be May 11.

Annapolis Town Center is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated return of the Frost and Flame Festival, formerly known as Fire and Ice. 

Mark your calendars for January 19 and January 20, 2024, from 5pm-9pm both nights, as Annapolis Town Center transforms into an enchanting nautical realm that seamlessly blends the cool elegance of ice with the fiery fervor of flame. This festival promises to captivate audiences with mesmerizing performances, interactive experiences, and an array of nautical culinary delights. 

Guests can enjoy enchanting ice sculpture displays, ice juggling, fearless fire dancers, fire breathers, skilled fire jugglers, wax hand stations and more. They will also encounter roaming pirates and breathtaking performances of aerialists, and contortionists. Food trucks will be on site from Madhouse Oyster, Tasty Maryland, Bonnie’s Seafood Shack, Cousins Maine Lobster, and Vintage Views Mobile Bar.

Annapolis Town Center is thrilled to unveil their holiday lineup for winter 2023, featuring the following festivities: 

  • Pictures at Santa’s Cottage (November 18-December 23) Experience the magic of meeting Santa and capture a photo with ‘The Big Guy’ in his immersive cottage. Reservations are encouraged but walk-ins are welcome. 
  • Menorah Lighting (December 7) – We will be lighting the first candle on the Menorah to celebrate Chanukkah. Located across from J. Alexander’s.  
  • Mrs. Claus Book Club & Cookies (December 9) – Mrs. Claus will host a book club read along and a conversation for the books “How The Grinch Stole Christmas” and “I Got The Christmas Spirit.” Each child will receive a cookie to decorate. 
  • Gingerbread House Making (December 16) – Get into the holiday spirit by creating beautiful gingerbread houses. Each ticket includes a gingerbread house and supplies, open to all ages, with space limited. 
  • Holly Jolly Hideaway (Thursday – Sundays November 17- December 23) – Immerse yourself in a holiday speakeasy like no other, with floor-to-ceiling decorations, twinkling lights, holiday tunes, Carol-Oke and more in this immersive holiday pop-up bar! This 21+ event will feature holiday-themed cocktails and bites that will have your taste buds flying like reindeer.  

 

Annapolis Town Center, is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated arrival of Sephora, along with other newly signed leases including Girlkin Lashes, Shade Store, and Toastique. These exciting additions will enhance the already exceptional retail and dining experiences available to visitors and residents.

Sephora, slated to open in 2024, is renowned for its selection of top-rated brands, beauty products, skincare essentials, and professional beauty services. Their new location will provide beauty enthusiasts in the community with access to the latest trends, makeup must-haves, and personalized beauty options.

Joining the Annapolis Town Center lineup in early 2024, Girlkin Lashes is a locally owned and operated salon providing eyelash and brow treatments that are transforming their industry with their luxurious and personalized approach. Girlkin Lashes offers clients a low-maintenance routine while enhancing their natural beauty.

Shade Store, slated to open early 2024, is a custom window treatment service that has been helping customers improve their windows with custom shades, blinds, and drapery since 1946. They handle all aspects of the process from measurement to installation.

Toastique, a health-focused eatery, opening in early 2024 is dedicated to creating delicious, nutrient-rich meals that are both satisfying and nourishing. With a menu featuring a variety of toasts, smoothies, and bowls made from the finest ingredients, Toastique is a perfect addition to Annapolis Town Center for health-conscious individuals looking for a unique experience.

Annapolis Town Center is excited to announce the much-anticipated return of Fall Fest on October 14, 2023. Annapolis Town Center has hosted their Fall Fest since 2019 and expects this year to be one of the best.

This exciting event will offer a variety of activities for families and friends to enjoy, including a Pick Your Own Pumpkin Patch and Painting, a Hay Maze, DIY S’mores Bar as well as games and crafts. Participants can also join a workshop, Plant a Pansy in a Pumpkin, hosted by Greenstreet Gardens! Face painting and a costume contest are also back to bring out the Halloween spirit.

To add to the festival, live music by Loose Ties will be playing throughout the day. Guests can enjoy multiple food trucks including Jammin Flava, Vintage Views, Salt & Pepper BBQ, and Always Ice Cream Truck.

Annapolis Town Center’s Fall Fest is more than a day of fun activities, it is also an opportunity to give back to the community. The first 600 children who attend with a donation of canned goods to the Anne Arundel County Food Bank will receive a free gift. This nonprofit organization aims to alleviate food insecurity for our neighbors in need.
