Here’s the scoop on our visitor info and policies at ANNAPOLIS TOWN CENTER.

Guest Wifi

Free guest WiFi and public restrooms are available to customers at Annapolis Town Center in the Paseo, located adjacent to Warby Parker.

RULES OF ETIQUETTE

In an effort to work in the best interest of our businesses and provide a pleasant experience for our shoppers & diners, the following activities are prohibited while on property:

  • Solicitation and/or distribution of materials
  • Bringing outside food and/or beverages for consumption
  • Disorderly/disruptive conduct of any nature/actions deemed unsafe or a disturbance to others
  • Misuse of amenities provided for guests
  • Use of sports equipment/playground and park activities. Riding of skateboards and bikes are prohibited on sidewalks
  • Gatherings/demonstrations without prior approval from property management
  • Set up of chairs, tables or other equipment without prior approval from property management
  • Use of loud or obscene language/gestures
  • Standing/walking in large groups, causing inconvenience to others
  • Loitering or blocking storefronts/fire exits
  • Offensive attire
  • Entertainment/performances without prior approval from property management
  • Use of property for photography/filming other than personal use without prior approval from property management
  • Violation of any State/Federal law or local ordinance

Pet Guidelines

Dogs are welcomed throughout Annapolis Town Center’s common areas. However, not all stores permit access to non-service pets. Please observe these guidelines:

  • Pets are to remain leashed at a maximum length of 4 feet or contained inside a carrier or pet stroller
  • Pets must be under the direct physical control of an adult 18 years of age or older
  • At no time is an owner permitted to leave his or her pet unattended or tethered to objects such as trees or poles
  • Pets are to be in compliance with all applicable laws, including those pertaining to dog licensing and vaccinations
  • Pets exhibiting aggressive, disruptive or intimidating behavior must be removed immediately
  • Owners/guardians are liable for damage or injury inflicted by their pets
  • Pets are to remain out of all tree wells and flowerbeds, so as not to damage landscaping
  • Owners are required to pick up after their pets. Waste bag stations can be found throughout the property

Youth Escort Policy

Annapolis Town Center maintains a center-wide Youth Escort Policy.

  • After 9pm, visitors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or supervising adult, 21 years of age or older. Proof of age will be required. Supervising adults are responsible for the actions of the youth they accompany
  • Valid identification includes a state issued driver’s license or ID card, a military ID, a school ID card, or a passport
  • The identification MUST be tamper proof, include a photograph AND date of birth
  • At all times, children 12 and under must be accompanied by and  remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian 21 years of age or older while visiting the shopping center
  • Youth Escort Policy hours may be subject to changes

Parking

Annapolis Town Center is dedicated to providing an excellent experience for our shoppers – which includes enhanced parking for customers.  In addition to the on-street parking available, visitors will find free parking in parking garages located throughout the center. We ask employees and residents of the property to park on the upper levels of the garages so that the spaces closest to shopping and dining are available to our customers.  For assistance with parking, please contact security at 410.575.1640.
