The main owner of the Annapolis Towne Centre announced its sale to investment partner PGIM Real Estate on Wednesday.
Greenberg Gibbons will maintain full ownership and management of three components within the Towne Centre: the parcel on Riva Road from Pei Wei to Zoe’s Kitchen, the West Street section including Mission BBQ, Pier One and Einstein Bros. Bagels, and the new building in construction next to Whole Foods.
